In order to meet the requirements of the Gramm – Leach – Bliley Act of 1999, Outlined below is the published privacy policy of AFS Taxsavers, Inc.

We collect nonpublic personal information about our clients from the following sources:

- Information we receive from our clients on applications, tax organizers, worksheets and other documents. 

- Information about their transactions with us, our affiliates, or others and:

- Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about clients to those members of our firm who need to know that information to provide services to the client.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard client’s nonpublic personal information.
