File Your Taxes Online With AFS
Have your taxes filed remotely by uploading your documents to our secure online portal. Follow the steps below to get started.
STEP 1
Create or Sign In to Your Portal
Everything starts with your AFS Taxsavers secure portal – this is where you’ll upload documents, sign, pay, and track your return.
New Client: Create your account here. You’ll receive a welcome email within 24–48 hours with login instructions.
Returning Client: Sign in to your existing account.
STEP 2
Complete Your Client Questionnaire
Fill out a brief information form to help us understand your specific tax situation and ensure accurate filing. You can download and print the form using the links below.
Bring all that apply:
- Form from step 2
- Social Security or other taxpayer ID numbers for you, your spouse, and dependents
- Birth dates for you, your spouse, and dependents
- Income statements: Forms W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, etc.
- Interest and dividends statements from banks, brokerages, etc.
- Form 1098 from your mortgage lender
- A copy of last year’s tax return
- Bank routing and account numbers
- The amount you paid for childcare and the childcare provider’s tax identification number
- Receipts for charitable donations
STEP 3
Send Us Your Tax Documents
Upload your documents to your online portal so our team can begin preparing your return.
Once you have uploaded all of your tax documents, please make sure to check in using the link below. Checking in notifies AFS Taxsavers, Inc. that your return is ready to be worked on.

STEP 4
Pay & E-Sign Your Tax Return
Once your tax return is completed, you will receive an email along with a text message letting you know your return is complete. Sign into your portal to watch your results video. You will also pay and sign your return at this time.
